The Help Centre can be accessed in several ways.
Accessing the Help Centre from within CFPwinMan
You can go directly to the Help Centre if you:
- Click Knowledge Centre in the upper right corner of CFPwinMan
- Click Go to new Help Centre
On the homepage, the search function can be used to locate an article or video that will help guide you through any specific process you need help with.
You can also scroll down the page to browse the category tiles, with all articles located within the CFP knowledge base category.
Accessing the Help Centre using the direct URL
The Help Centre can be accessed directly using the following link: https://support.cfp-software.co.uk/hc/en-gb.
You can bookmark this link as the Help Centre is open to all and not restricted to login.
