What is the key module?

The key book module is an add on database that allows for the logging, tracking and reporting of keys that are managed by the agency. You're able to:

• Add property keys to the appropriate Property Information
• Book keys out and back in from the Property Information 
• Record the reason for keys being booked out 
• Record whom and when the keys have been booked out, by who, and the reason
• Track the movement of keys from the Organiser or from various inbuilt reports
• Report on keys, including;
  • Empty tags, keys out, keys held, keys not held, keys movement & keys on tags
