It's possible to use a spell checker for descriptions on the Property Information. This feature is switched on in User Defaults.

User Defaults settings for spell checker
- Click Defaults on the main toolbar
- Click User Defaults on the dropdown menu
- Click on the Paths + WP Options tab
- Tick the box for Spellcheck Descriptions
- Click Close
Use spell checker on a Property
- Double click Properties from the side menu
- Search for the relevant Property using Search Text by Name, Code or Status
- Alternatively, find the Property using Additional Options from the dropdown menu
- Or select a Branch if multi branch is set up on your CFPwinMan
- Click on the Property
- Click on the Descriptions tab
- Click Check Spelling to check text in all the tabs from General to Portal Uploads
- Click on Check Spelling to open the Spell Checker for the tab you currently have in view
- Change, Ignore or Add any new word to the dictionary
