The steps below show how you can add an EPC chart to upload to the portals, if you have a datafeed, and have them appear on your property brochures, window cards and photo lists.
You're able to:
- Add an EPC chart
- Upload a copy of the EPC document
- Identify EPC ratings
This article includes:
Create an EPC chart
- Double click Properties from the side menu
- Search for the relevant Property using Search Text by Name, Code or Status
- Alternatively, find the Property using Additional Options from the dropdown menu
- Or select a Branch if multi branch is set up on your CFPwinMan
- Click on the EPC tab. You may need to use the arrows on the end of the row of tabs
- The Charts tab will display
- Owner of EPC - Edit if required or leave as the current Landlord
- Energy Efficiency Rating - Type the numbers into both Current Rating and Potential Rating
- If your Current Rating is lower than 39 (Category E), a warning will display. Click Yes to continue or No if the rating you entered was incorrect
- If there is an EPC Low Rating Exemption, tick the box, otherwise leave unticked
- Environmental Impact Rating - Type the numbers into both Current Rating and Potential Rating
- The charts will populate with the info you have added
- Use Commercial Chart - Tick to use, if required. The chart displayed will update
- Use Scottish Charts - Tick to use, if required. The chart displayed will update
You can remove the ratings you have added by clicking on Clear Ratings, if you need to.
Link an EPC document
If you wish to link the EPC document to the Property:
- Click on the EPC Docs tab
- Click Add New Link
- Locate the EPC document file from your computer
- Click Open or double click on the file to link the document to the Property record
- Click the disk icon, Save this record, on the toolbar
When it's linked, you can click View Doc to open the EPC document.
