In CFPwinMan sdb, you can export details of new Tenancies to Home Telecom. They provide phone and broadband services for short term contracts which can be useful for Tenants.
When the contract expires, the Tenant can renew for another set term, or continue on a rolling contract.

Register to use Home Telecom
If you wish to use this facility, you need to contact Home Telecom to register your agency name and agency details. Home Telecom require the agent name as displayed on http://agents.propertysoftwaregroup.com.

Place an order to Home Telecom
Once the agency is registered with Home Telecom, an order can be sent to Home Telecom direct from a Tenancy.
- Double click Tenancies from the side menu

Search for the relevant Tenancy using Search Text by Name, Code or Status
- Alternatively, find the Tenancy using Additional Options from the dropdown menu
- If searching for an archived record in Only Search Listable Records, select No
- Or select a Branch if multi branch is set up on your CFPwinMan
- Click on the Tenancy
- Click on the Utilities tab
- Tick the Permission obtained box when you have the Tenant’s permission to pass on their details
- You will get an Order button on screen to click to upload the information to Home Telecom
Home Telecom collates all the orders overnight and sends out a welcome pack to the new Tenant. The new Tenant completes all the necessary paperwork and their contract with Home Telecom starts.

What needs completing to place a Home Telecom order
There are several mandatory fields that must be completed to allow the Home Telecom order to be submitted. If any of them are missing, a message box will identify which fields are missing.
- Firm/Branch ID – These should be present in the data from the point of installation. Should a message appear advising they are missing, please click Submit a request below and complete the contact form
- Validity, Time Limits – On the Tenancy Information, the Current Start Date must be a minimum of 5 days before the Tenancy is due to commence
- On the Tenant Information, complete the Home telephone number, Primary Email and Address
- On the Property Information, complete the Property Address with Postcode
