Registering Applicants in your database can also be done via the Match & Mail function.
- Click Miscellaneous on the main toolbar
- Click Property Lists
- The Matching and Mailing function will display the Global Filter Criteria tab with a list of all of your available properties which match that criteria
- In the Global Filter Criteria, edit each of the fields to the required information, i.e. Price, Bedrooms, Required by etc
- Click on to each of the buttons for Area, Type, Furnished, to select the required preference
- Click Apply
- Click Actions
- In Applicant, click New
- Add all the details of your Applicant in the Create New Applicant window
- Click OK
The matching criteria will pull through from whatever is set in the Global Filter Criteria.
