What is a Property code
Below is how a Property code displays on a photolist.
Where is the Property code on a Property
A Property code identifies each individual Property on a Property Information record.
- Double click Properties from the side menu
- Search for the relevant Property using Search Text by Name, Code or Status
- Alternatively, find the Property using Additional Options from the dropdown menu
- Or select a Branch if multi branch is set up on your CFPwinMan
- The Code appears at the top of the Property Information
Set up default settings for the Property code
Note
You will need access to User Defaults, to edit your default settings. These can be accessed by those who have the correct permissions
To always display the Property code:
- Click Defaults on the main toolbar
- Click User Defaults on the dropdown menu
- Click the Photolists tab or the Brochures tab if adding to a window card or brochure
- Click Settings next to the corresponding template
- Document Settings will display
- Click on ... (three dots) on Display Property Code to select Yes
- Click on ... (three dots) a second time to select No
- Click Close, then click Close again
Note
If the option doesn’t show, then it is not possible to add it to that particular template
