How do I add page numbers to brochures & photolists?

In CFPwinMan Match & Mail, you can choose to add different elements to your brochures and photolists.

Different templates allow different “template furniture”. Please click here to view a table that outlines which templates have what functionality.

This is the default footer content, which shows the page number:

To set up page numbering in User Defaults:

1. Click Defaults on the main toolbar
2. Click User Defaults on the dropdown menu
3. Click the Photolists tab
4. Click Settings next to the corresponding template
   1. Document Settings will display. First, you need to set up the Footer Layout which defines the page numbering position
   2. Click on ... (three dots) alongside Footer Layout
   3. Select your preferred option 
   4. Click OK
   5. Click on ... (three dots) alongside Display Page Number
   6. Click Yes
   7. Click Close, then click Close again
