In CFPwinMan Match & Mail, you can choose to add different elements to your photolists, brochures and window cards.

How does the Available Now appear
If the date on the Property Information is a date in the past or present, it will show as Available Now. Below is how it will display on a Photolist:

How does the Available date appear on a photolist
If the date on the Property Information is a date in the future, the Available date will show on the template.

How to add an Available date to a Property
- Double click Properties from the side menu
- Search for the relevant Property using Search Text by Name, Code or Status
- Alternatively, find the Property using Additional Options from the dropdown menu
- Or select a Branch if multi branch is set up on your CFPwinMan
- In the Available Date, click on the dropdown menu to select the date which the property is available
Set up default settings for the Available date
Note
You will need access to User Defaults, to edit your default settings. These can be accessed by those who have the correct permissions
- Click Defaults on the main toolbar
- Click User Defaults on the dropdown menu
- Click the Photolists tab or the Brochures tab if adding to a window card or brochure
- Click Settings next to the corresponding template
- Document Settings will display
- Click on ... (three dots) on the Display Available Date to select Yes
- Click on ... (three dots) a second time to select No
- Click Close, then click Close again
Note
If the option doesn’t show, then it is not possible to add it to that particular template
