How do I add QR codes to photolists, brochures and window cards?

In CFPwinMan Match & Mail, you can choose to add different elements to your photolists, brochures and window cards.

Different templates allow different “template furniture”. Please click here to view a table that outlines which templates have what functionality.

What is a QR code

A QR code allows your customers to use their mobile phone to scan the code and receive more information about a Property via their phone.

How to add a QR code to a Property

You can choose to link to any webpage such as your main website, or the specific Property details on your website.

To add a QR code to a Property:

  1. Double click Properties from the side menu
    1. Search for the relevant Property using Search Text by Name, Code or Status
    2. Alternatively, find the Property using Additional Options from the dropdown menu
    3. Or select a Branch if multi branch is set up on your CFPwinMan
  2. Click the Descriptions tab
  3. Click the Portal Uploads tab
    1. Add the URL in the Property URL field at the bottom
    2. Click the disk icon, Save this record, on the toolbar to save the record

You can now click the Brochure icon on your toolbar to view the brochure with the QR code displaying.

Set up default settings for QR codes

 Note

You will need access to User Defaults, to edit your default settings. These can be accessed by those who have the correct permissions

To always display QR codes:

  1. Click Defaults on the main toolbar
  2. Click User Defaults on the dropdown menu
  3. Click the Photolists tab or the Brochures tab if adding to a window card or brochure
  4. Click Settings next to the corresponding template
    1. Document Settings will display
    2. Click on ... (three dots) on the Display QR Graphic to select Yes
    3. Click Close, then click Close again

If the option doesn’t show, then it is not possible to add it to that particular template
