The steps below outline how you can edit and remove fee information from feeding up to the portals and how you remove an individual Property from the portal.

Remove a Property that's uploading to websites
The Available Date is the main trigger for the upload. To remove a property from the feed, you will need to clear the Available Date using the C button.
- Double click Properties from the side menu
- Search for the relevant Property using Search Text by Name, Code or Status
- Alternatively, find the Property using Additional Options from the dropdown menu
- Or select a Branch if Multi Branch is set up on your CFPwinMan
- Click on the Property
- The Property Information displays
- Next to the Available Date is the date which triggers the feed to the portals
- Next to the date, click c to remove the date which stops the feed to the portals
Remove fee information on Property websites
You can add or edit your fee information which displays on the Property websites. First, you need to check, remove or amend any information you have already created.
- Double click Properties from the side menu
- Search for the relevant Property using Search Text by Name, Code or Status
- Alternatively, find the Property using Additional Options from the dropdown menu
- Or select a Branch if Multi Branch is set up on your CFPwinMan
- Click on the Property
- Click on the Descriptions tab. Edit or remove the contents
- Click on the General tab. Edit or remove the contents
Check if you have any Fee Information in User Defaults.
Note
You will need access to User Defaults, to edit your default settings. These can be accessed by those who have the correct permissions
- Click on Defaults on the main toolbar
- Click on User Defaults from the dropdown menu
- Click on Price Status
- In the Detail column, edit or remove the contents as required
Secondly, for uploads to your own website via one of our feeds (such as API, BLM, CPF) and to Zoopla, Rightmove and OnTheMarket, log in to your Agents Page at https://agents.propertysoftwaregroup.com.
- Click on the Tenancy Fees tab
- Add or amend your information in here
- Click Save
