If your Property is not showing on the web portals but the Property Status is set to Available Date and has an availability date added, there are several possibilities as to why it will upload to your Admin page, but not be displayed by the relevant portals.

This article includes:

Status type not recognised

If the Status of the property is not a recognized one, you will need to check that the status has been matched in the Data feed defaults.

 Note

You will need access to User Defaults, to edit your default settings. These can be accessed by those who have the correct permissions

  1. Click Defaults on the main toolbar
  2. Click User Defaults on the dropdown
  3. In ZPG Services, click Data Services
  4. ZPG Data Services display
    1. Click to highlight your Data feed ID
    2. Tick Data Feed
    3. Click Data feed defaults

Portal uploads on Properties

If you have not selected the option to upload to any portals in the Property Information, they will not feed.

They are all ticked by default when you create a property or start using the Data Feed Service. If you are not using the Data Feed Service, this option will be blank.

  1. Double click Properties from the side menu
  2. Search for the relevant Property using Search Text by Name, Code or Status
    1. Alternatively, find the Property using Additional Options from the dropdown menu
    2. Or select a Branch if multi branch is set up on your CFPwinMan
  3. The Property Information displays. Click the Descriptions tab
  4. Click the Portal Uploads tab
    1. Ensure you have ticked Upload this Property to Portals
    2. Tick the portals which you wish to upload to
    3. Click the disk icon, Save this record, on the toolbar
