Adding EPC charts and Energy Efficiency details to photolists, brochures and window cards

In CFPwinMan Match & Mail, you can choose to add different elements to your brochures, window cards and photolists.

Different templates allow different “template furniture”. Please click here to view a table that outlines which templates have what functionality.

Adding single EPC charts

A single EPC chart looks like this:

It feeds through from your EPC Chart details from the Property record and displays the EPC chart(s).

  1. Double click Properties from the side menu
  2. Search for the relevant Property using Search Text by Name, Code or Status
    1. Alternatively, find the Property using Additional Options from the dropdown menu
    2. Or select a Branch if multi branch is set up on your CFPwinMan
  3. Click on the Property
  4. The Property Information displays and the Details tab appears
  5. Click on the EPC tab (You may need to use the black arrow at the end of the tabs to see this tab)

  6. The Charts tab displays. Enter the Energy Efficiency Rating and Environmental Impact Rating
    (The web portals will use them to create the graph images)

  7. Click the disk icon, Save this record, on the toolbar

To enable this on the brochures, window cards and photolists that have this functionality:

  1. Click Defaults on the main toolbar
  2. Click User Defaults on the dropdown menu
  3. Click Brochures or Photolists
  4. Click Settings on the relevant template
  5. Click ... (the 3 dots) which allows you to choose No alongside Display Duel EPC charts to only show the single EPC chart

Adding EPC Energy Efficiency details

A mini EE (Energy Efficiency) chart looks like this:

It feeds through from your EPC Chart details from the Property record and displays the Energy Efficiency rating.

To enable this on the brochures, window cards and photolists that have this functionality:

  1. Click Defaults on the main toolbar
  2. Click User Defaults on the dropdown menu
  3. Click Brochures or Photolists 
  4. Click Settings on the relevant template

    In the example above, Window Card 1i A3 L EE allows this functionality

  5. Click ... (the 3 dots) which allows you to choose either Yes or No to determine if the Mini EE Charts display

If the option doesn’t show, it isn't possible to add it to that particular template
