The steps below show you how to add extra information such as bank or payment details to your invoices.
You're able to add:
- Additional text to invoices on an individual basis for Landlords, Tenancy and Tenants
- Additional text to all Landlord, Tenancy and Tenant invoices
- Additional text to invoice demands in Multi branch (if you have this module)
The additional text is first created as a document, then added to an individual record or added in User Defaults to apply to all records.
After you have associated the demand header and footer to an invoice on the Landlord, Tenancy or Applicant/Tenant, the text will show on the next invoice. It won't show on invoices already raised.
