If you wish, you can set one of your Landlord Notes fields to appear as a pop up warning message when you're adding a new tenancy, such as for a special condition reminder.

This article includes:

Choose a Landlord Notes box

On the Landlord record, choose one of the Notes boxes which you want to record the special instruction information and make a note of the Notes box number, with 1 being the top of the column, and 2, 3, or 4 being the bottom of the column.

When you have completed the setup in User Defaults, this is the Notes box in which you will add the special instructions.

Any instructions typed into this Notes box on the Landlord Information will appear each time you click Create a Tenancy, for this Landlord.
