Why are some entries on tenancy accounts highlighted In yellow?

On the Landlord Information Cash a/c, Tenant Information Account, and Tenancy Information Account, any money which has been receipted as Unallocated Money will appear highlighted yellow.

Landlord Unallocated Money

  1. Locate the Landlord Information 
  2. Click Cash a/c
  3. Any yellow highlighted lines will have a CompCode of RLUNA

Tenant Unallocated Money

  1. Locate the Tenant Information 
  2. Click Account
  3. Any yellow highlighted lines will have a CompCode of RPUNA. Any text on the account is a light grey

Tenancy Unallocated Money

  1. Locate the Tenancy Information 
  2. Click Account
  3. Any yellow highlighted lines will have a CompCode of RPUNA. Any text on the account is black
