The steps below outline how to assign additional bank accounts to individual Landlords and Properties.
Global accounts are automatically linked to every Landlord and Property. They will be listed on the Landlords Information in the Property Accounts tab and on the Property Information in the Bank Accounts tab.
If you have purchased additional Unrestricted bank accounts, these can be linked manually to each Landlords Information and Property Information of your choice.

Add bank account to a Landlord
- Locate the Landlord Information record to add the additional account
- Click the Property Accounts tab
- Click in the Account Known As on the first available blank line
- Click the dropdown menu arrow to select the correct account
Once an account has been added to a Landlord, it can then be added to the Property in the same way.
If you want to Retain All or add a Retention of a specific amount, it can be added on the Landlords Information in the Property Accounts tab.

Add bank account to a Property
- Locate the Property Information record to add the additional account
- Click the Bank Accounts tab
- Click in the Account Known As on the first available blank line
- Click the dropdown menu arrow to select the correct account
