How do I view a report of all deposits held?

There are 2 reports, both outlined below, which you can generate to see all Deposits Held.

This article includes: 

Deposits account

  1. Click Reporting on the main toolbar
  2. Click Accounts on the dropdown menu
    1. The date filter is not required in this report
  3. All Accounts is selected, or you can click the ... dots to Choose Account if you have more than one account and want the report to be for a specific account
  4. Click Deposits 
  5. The Deposits on Account will display
    1. The report shows all deposits held in your chosen account/s. It will NOT show any deposits that have been transferred into any of the deposit schemes
    2. Hover your cursor between the headers until your cursor is a vertical line, then click and drag to hide and move each column
    3. Click Best Fit to resize each column automatically
    4. Click Print - The report will be sent to your printer
    5. Click Preview - View a copy of the report on your computer
    6. Click Export to Excel - A message appears for you to confirm, then Save as to a folder on your computer as an Excel Worksheet
    7. Click Close

Deposits account with transfers

  1. Click Reporting on the main toolbar
  2. Click Accounts on the dropdown menu
    1. The date filter is not required in this report
  3. All Accounts is selected, or you can click the ... dots to Choose Account if you have more than one account and want the report to be for a specific account
  4. Click Deposits a/c
  5. The Deposits a/c will display the credit in and transfer out of each deposit. The report itself shows all deposits held in your chosen account(s)
    1. Hover your cursor between the headers until your cursor is a vertical line, then click and drag to hide and move each column
    2. Click Best Fit to resize each column automatically
    3. Click Print - The report will be sent to your printer
    4. Click Preview - View a copy of the report on your computer
    5. Click Export to Excel - A message appears for you to confirm, then Save as to a folder on your computer as an Excel Worksheet
    6. Click Close

Custodial Deposits
