The steps below show you how to create a new order for referencing with the Rightmove Landlord and Tenant Service, for a new tenancy which has previously had an order raised, due to it being an existing tenancy.
This method should ONLY be used in these circumstances, as raising an order in this way will limit the records in the history of the records referencing.
Note
- It will NOT link anything to the Tenancy for which it is raised
- It will NOT record in the History Log
- It will NOT record in the Tenant Reference tab
- The Tenancy screen will continue to display New Order
- Click Reporting on the main toolbar
- Click Organiser on the dropdown menu
- Alternatively, click the folded page icon on the toolbar
- Click on the Tenant Referencing tab
- Click New Reference
- The Rightmove Landlord and Tenant Service website New References Order will display with blank fields
- Add Proposed Property Details and any other necessary notes
- Add Applicants Details
- Add Tenant and complete all information
- Add Guarantor, if required and complete all information
- Click Order Reference
