How do I add my Property inventory?

In the Property Information, you can add an inventory list of all gas and electric items at the property, along with their purchase date, warranty information, serial number and any other useful information that might be needed, should a repair or replacement be necessary.

Gas and Electric Inventory

  1. Double click Properties from the side menu
  2. Search for the relevant Property using Search Text by Name, Code or Status
    1. Alternatively, find the Property using Additional Options from the dropdown menu
    2. Or select a Branch if multi branch is set up on your CFPwinMan
  3. Click on the Property
  4. Click on the Inventory tab
    1. Gas Inventory and Electric Inventory
      1. List all the Gas and Electric items included in the property
      2. Separate each item by adding the room name
      3. Add the item name, make, model and serial number
      4. Include any warranty details, date of purchase, length of warranty and contact details

Inventory Wordlet

If you prefer to attach the inventory details as a document, you can type in the information. 

  1. Click on Inventory Wordlet
  2. The Word Processor will open where you can type Inventory details for the property
    1. If you haven’t created an Inventory for this Property before, click OK to create a new one
    2. Click the disk icon, Save this record, on the toolbar 
    3. The document is saved in the datapath Winman32>Data>SQL>Invent>(property code). TXM
  3. Click to close the word processor

The next time you click on Inventory Word Let, it will open your saved Inventory.
