The steps below show you how to send an order for tenant referencing to the Rightmove Landlord and Tenant Service from the Tenancy Information on CFPwinMan.
This article includes:
Set up the Tenant Information
Firstly, you need to set up the following information on each Tenant Information record.
If this is shared with several tenants, the tenancy needs to be created as a joint tenancy.
For more information on How do I create a joint tenancy, click here
- Name - The tenants full name, not just their initials i.e. Miss Tania Hide, not Miss T A Hide
- Mobile - There must be a mobile phone number
- Email - An email address is recommended but not essential
- Guarantor - If there is a Guarantor, the guarantor record must also contain this information
Once all information has been added, you need to create the tenancy.
