How do I set up the Rightmove Landlord and Tenant Service?

Rightmove Landlord and Tenant Service Tenant Referencing offers integration with CFPwinMan.

After you set up the Rightmove Landlord and Tenant Service Agency Identity in User Defaults, you will be able to:

  • Create a new Tenant reference order for a Tenant added to an existing Tenancy
  • Create a new Rightmove Landlord and Tenant Service reference order
  • Track and manage references in progress
  • View past referencing

To initiate the integration, you will first need to have an account with the Rightmove Landlord and Tenant Service, who will provide you with an Agency Identity.

  1. Click Defaults on the main toolbar
  2. Click User Defaults from the dropdown menu
  3. Click Preferences
  4. Click Tenant Referencing
  5. Web Tenant Referencing Defaults will display. Add the Agency Identity in the field
  6. Ensure you tick Enable Web Tenant Referencing
  7. Click OK
  8. Click Close
  9. Click Close

Now that your setup is complete, you can create a new Tenant reference order.
