Record locked by another user

If a message appears to say that a record is locked by another user, but yet isn't, or shouldn't be, you can clear the error.

  1. Click Defaults on the main toolbar
  2. Click User Defaults on the dropdown menu
  3. Click Unlock in the centre column
  4. Click Close

If you now return to the record you were on previously, it should now be free to use.
