The steps below show you how to part pay an agency fee, when there is insufficient income on a Landlord Payment to pay for it all.

  1. Double click Landlords from the side menu
  2. Search for the relevant Landlords using Search Text by Name, Code or Status
    1. Alternatively, find the Landlord using Additional Options from the dropdown menu
    2. If searching for an archived record in Only Search Listable Records, select No
    3. Or select a Branch if multi branch is set up on your CFPwinMan
  3. Click the Landlord
  4. Click Landlord Payment
  5. Untick the agency Fee which you want to split
  6. The Split Fee box will open, click to tick this box
    1. The fee will appear on two lines, highlighted in green. One line indicates the amount you can collect from the income available, which is ticked. One is for the remaining amount which remains unticked
    2. The total due will be £0 as all the money is now allocated

When the statement is updated, the unticked portion will show as being carried forward and be indicated on the Landlord Payment.

The portion that was ticked will show in Pay Agency Fees.
