Can I produce a separate fee invoice for Landlords?

The steps below show you how you can change the default settings so your agency fee invoice appears on a separate page when producing the Landlord Payment statement. 

By default, the Agency Fees VAT invoice appears at the bottom of the first page of a Landlord Payment statement.

If you prefer for your Agency Fees VAT invoice to appear on a separate page, you will need access to User Defaults, to edit your default settings. These can be accessed by those who have the correct permissions.

1. Click Defaults on the main toolbar
2. Click User Defaults on the dropdown menu
3. Click Preferences
4. The General tab will display
   1. Within Landlord Statements on the right side column, tick Separate Invoice 
   1. All future Landlord Payments will be produced with a separate Agency Fees VAT invoice
   2. Click Close
5. Click Close
