All Applicants/Tenants, Landlords, Contractors and Guarantors can update their Consent Preferences by using the link sent on every system generated email, for example, a marketing type communication.

Manage your communication preferences via email
One such example is when you send a general email or issue a Property List via Match & Mail, this will automatically contain a link which allows the contact to Manage your communication preferences.
The contact can view their current Contact preferences and use the dropdown menu to select any changes.

When the contact clicks Save preferences, they will see a confirmation message.
Changes updated in the contacts Information record
The following day, when the first person logs in to CFPwinMan, any changes made by the contact are automatically updated to their contact Information record.
The corresponding Preference Centre will reflect the most recent update that was made by the contact and also the date of the change. An audit of the changes will be recorded in the History Log for the contact.
